Services and plan agreements
Information on this website is a summary, not a contract. Service work and Protection Club plans are governed by your work order or plan agreement, including the Certification & Eligibility terms, and by the Mini Splits USA Terms and Conditions. If anything on this website differs from those documents, those documents control.
Prices
Prices shown are in U.S. dollars, before applicable West Virginia sales tax, and may change. Your price is confirmed when you schedule service or accept a plan. Repairs are quoted at our flat-rate pricing before work begins.
Financing
Financing is offered through Wisetack and its lending partners and is subject to credit approval. Terms vary.
Appointment requests
Submitting a request through this website doesn’t guarantee an appointment until we confirm it with you.
Trademarks
Brand names such as ACiQ, Mitsubishi, Daikin and others belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe equipment we service. Their use doesn’t imply endorsement.
No warranties; limitation of liability
This website is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate but don’t guarantee it is complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for damages arising from use of this website. Warranties on equipment and our work are described only in the applicable manufacturer warranty, our warranty terms and your agreements.
