- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email, service address, system details and messages when you request service, call, text or email us, or join a Protection Club plan.
- Service records: details about your equipment, visits, photos taken during service, and plan status.
- Payment information: plan payments use a card on file processed by our payment provider. We don’t store full card numbers on this website.
- Website data: basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
- To schedule, perform and follow up on service, and to manage Protection Club plans and billing.
- To send service messages, such as appointment reminders and scheduling texts and emails.
- To answer questions, improve our services, and meet legal and accounting obligations.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, we may send service-related text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Protection Club plans require you to stay opted in to two-way service (non-marketing) texts; you can opt out of marketing texts at any time. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.
How we share information
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (for example, scheduling and field-service software, payment processing, financing partners you choose to apply with, and email/text delivery), when required by law, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.
Retention and security
We keep information as long as needed to provide service, maintain warranty and plan records, and meet legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
